Returns and Refunds Policy

Marketly Returns & Refunds

Each seller on Marketly is independently responsible for their own returns, refunds, cancellations, and order-related disputes.

Buyers should contact the seller directly regarding any issue with an order. Marketly does not issue or guarantee refunds for transactions between buyers and sellers unless **Marketly Escrow** was used for the transaction.

When Marketly Escrow is used, funds may be held until the transaction is completed. If a dispute occurs before funds are released, Marketly may review the transaction and determine whether funds should be released to the seller or returned to the buyer in accordance with the Escrow Policy.

Sellers are responsible for clearly displaying and honoring their individual return and refund policies and complying with applicable laws.
