Marketly Buyer Policy

By purchasing through Marketly, buyers agree to use the marketplace responsibly and comply with applicable laws and Marketly policies.

Buyers are responsible for:

* Providing accurate contact, shipping, and payment information.

* Ensuring they meet all applicable age and legal requirements for purchasing products.

* Confirming that products can legally be purchased, possessed, and received in their location.

* Reviewing product descriptions, seller policies, shipping terms, and return/refund conditions before purchasing.

* Communicating honestly and respectfully with sellers.

* Not engaging in fraud, chargeback abuse, scams, or manipulation of Marketly systems.

Purchases are made from independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for their products, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer service.

For transactions made **without Marketly Escrow**, order disputes must generally be resolved directly with the seller. When **Marketly Escrow** is used, eligible disputes may be reviewed by Marketly before funds are released.
