Marketly Marketplace Rules

To keep Marketly safe and reliable, all buyers and sellers must follow these basic rules:

* Use Marketly only for trueful transactions.

* Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, inventory, and shipping information.

* Do not list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent products.

* Do not engage in scams, fraud, misleading advertising, spam, or abusive behavior.

* Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders and providing reasonable customer support.

* Buyers and sellers must communicate honestly and respectfully.

* Do not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with Marketly’s security, payment, review, or marketplace systems.

* Follow all applicable laws and Marketly policies.

Marketly may remove listings, restrict marketplace features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create a risk to Marketly or its users.
