Marketly Prohibited Items Policy

Marketly is a **cannabis-focused marketplace**. Products unrelated to cannabis or approved cannabis-related categories may not be listed or sold on the platform.

Sellers may only list cannabis or cannabis-related products where the sale, possession, advertising, and distribution of those products are permitted by applicable law.

The following are prohibited:

* Any non-cannabis products outside Marketly’s approved categories.

* Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, or misrepresented products.

* Products that violate applicable licensing, age, shipping, or distribution requirements.

* Listings intended to bypass Marketly policies or applicable laws.

Sellers are solely responsible for determining whether their products can legally be offered and delivered in the jurisdictions they serve.

Marketly may remove prohibited listings and restrict or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
