Marketly Seller Agreement

By registering as a seller on Marketly, you agree that you are independently responsible for your store, products, listings, pricing, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, refunds, returns, and customer support.

You are responsible for ensuring that all products you list and sell comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and Marketly policies in the jurisdictions where you operate and sell.

Marketly provides the marketplace platform and is not the seller, manufacturer, or supplier of products offered by independent sellers.

Marketly may remove listings or suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate our policies, applicable law, or present a risk to the marketplace or its users.

By creating a seller account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Marketly Seller Agreement, Terms of Service, and applicable marketplace policies.
